I'm Jim. I'm a programmer, a fandomer, and generally faking it. I've beta-tested every operating system. I gave props to some, and others, I dissed 'em. Ubuntu made the former list, WinVista made the latter. Win7 isn't so bad. And sadly, Apple won't let me touch their betas without giving them even more money (hey, I have a Macbook, an iPod, and a JesusPhone what more do they want?).

I live in Dallas, but I'm a Houstonian at heart. The air up here is so dry that I can hardly breathe. Also, living alone is admittedly getting to me.

I play a lot of video games. That said, despite a big collection, I find myself coming back to two titles: Rock Band and Pokemon. They're both crazy addictive. My gamertag is the same as my username here.
